Dolf is an Engineer, Real Estate Licensee, Investor, Licensed Mortgage Broker and Licensed General Contractor / Builder.

Initially, after graduating from U.C. Berkely, Dolf worked as a senior software engineer for many years at well known companies like Epson and John Deere. He developed advanced software in the fields of robotics and autonomous vehicles before pursuing his passion in Real Estate.

As a Real Estate Investor, he bought, rehabbed, added square footage, and currently has a portfolio of rental properties in the Los Angeles area. He has purchased properties in-state, out-of-state, and internationally.

As a Realtor and a Syndicator, Dolf has years of experience in the real estate industry. He has built a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and exceptional negotiation skills. As a dedicated advocate for clients, Dolf goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction. From the first meeting to the final clsoing, Dolf is committed to providing personaized services tailored to your unique needs.

Dolf also brings that same commitment as a Licensed Mortgage Broker where his industry relationships has given him access to over 200 lenders. This allows him to find hard to qualify and lower cost loans than nearly all of his competition. He also works tirelessly with clients to find solutions to often impossible challenges.
