David H. Buster has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1988. With decades of experience in the real estate industry, David offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in general real estate listings and sales of residential properties. Additionally, he is a seasoned property management expert, specializing in third-party residential fee management for "hands-off" real estate owners of single-family residences (SFR) and multi-unit properties. His proficiency in this field is further underscored by his qualifications as a court-appointed receiver and expert witness for property management matters.

Real estate has been an integral part of David's life since his early years. Growing up in Orange County, just five minutes from Disneyland, he was immersed in the industry through his parents, who owned and operated a real estate company specializing in property management. From a young age, David accompanied his parents on property visits, maintenance checks, and building walkthroughs with owners, laying the foundation for his future career.

David's academic journey took him to the University of San Diego, where he graduated with a major in Interpersonal Communication and Spanish. Following his passion for real estate, he returned to Orange County and obtained his Broker's license in 2009. Since then, he has thrived in all aspects of 'property relations,' bringing dedication and professionalism to every client interaction.
